POST to /s2s/v2.0/file/skin-analysis to get a pre-signed URL and file_id, then PUT the image bytes to that URL.
POST to /s2s/v2.0/task/skin-analysis with your file_id and"dst_actions": ["wrinkle"]. You'll receive atask_id.
GET the task status using your task_id. Once success, render the ui_score (0–100) per zone: forehead, crow's feet, nasolabial fold, and more.
